Named, court-sworn, and on the record.
Every translation we deliver is completed and signed by a specific court-sworn translator, registered with a German regional court — never an anonymous vendor, never a queue.
Court-sworn, specialised, and on the certificate by name.
Your documents carry real consequences — visa approvals, university offers, legal outcomes. So every order goes to a translator sworn before a German regional court (Landgericht or Oberlandesgericht) and specialised in your document type, and their name and court appear on the certification, verifiable in the official register.
- Registered with a German Landgericht or Oberlandesgericht
- Specialised by document type — no generalists
- Never machine-translated, never outsourced

CertifyingSworn translator? Here’s what working with us looks like.
You do the translation. We find the customers, agree the price, chase the paperwork and pay you on time.
Working with Trusted Lingo
We are a small operation and we would rather be straight with you about how it works than oversell it.
Work from wherever you are
Your desk, your hours, your setup. There is no office to come to and no shift to cover — take work when it suits you and stop when it doesn't.
Take the jobs you want
Every assignment reaches you with its scope and its rate already agreed. Accept it or decline it — declining costs you nothing and counts against nothing.
Paid within 7 days
Payment goes out within seven days, counted from receipt of your delivered work and invoice. Not on thirty-day terms, and not once the customer gets round to it — that part is our problem, not yours.
We bring the customers
No marketing, no pitching, no quoting. Work arrives already sold, already paid for and already specified, so you start on the translation itself.
No bidding, no chasing invoices
You never undercut another translator to win a job, and you never write a payment reminder. Billing customers and collecting from them is ours to handle, including when a customer is slow.
One place for every job
The brief, the files, the questions and the finished translation all live on the order itself. No email chains, no attachment lost three replies deep, no wondering which version is current.
How it works
Apply once
Email us your court, language pairs and specialisms. We check your entry in the official register, then set up your account and invite you in — there is no form to fill in and no portal to register on.
Get offered work that fits
We match orders to your languages and specialisms. Each offer states the document type, the deadline and what the job pays, before you commit to anything.
Accept or decline
Say yes and the documents open in your portal. Say no and it goes to someone else — no explanation required, no effect on what you are offered next.
Deliver, and get paid
Upload the signed certified translation and send us your invoice. Payment goes out within seven days, counted from receipt of both — no reminder needed from you.
What we ask of you
The promise on the other side of this page is that a customer’s document is handled by a named professional who is accountable for it. That only holds if the bar is real.
- Sworn or authorised at a German Landgericht or Oberlandesgericht, listed in the official register, and able to evidence the appointment
- Genuine specialism in the document types you take on
- Deadlines you accept are deadlines you meet — or tell us early
- Your own work, under your own signature and stamp — never passed on to someone else
- Confidentiality over everything you see on an order
- Registered as self-employed in Germany, and able to invoice us for the work
Standard pricing applies to every translator, so nobody wins work by charging less. Consistent quality and reliability are what get you offered more of it.
Sworn translator? Join the roster.
Flexible hours, a rate agreed before you accept, and payment within seven days, counted from receipt of your delivered work and invoice. You translate, we handle the rest.
Include the court you are sworn at and your appointment reference, your language pairs, the document types you specialise in, a short CV, and roughly how much work you are looking for.
Please don’t send bank details, identity documents or any client work by email — we’ll set those up securely once you’re on board.
