Drop your document — PDF, JPG, even a phone photo. We detect the type, count the pages and check the scan is legible enough to certify. Unpaid uploads are deleted 7 days after you start the order.

Fixed price per document — no VAT is charged (small business, § 19 UStG). Choose how fast it’s certified: 3–5 business days Standard Shipping, 48h Express or 24h Digital. Standard and Express include your certified original, posted to you; Digital is a signed and stamped file to download, with nothing posted. After checkout you get a private order link — no account, no password.
A sworn translator claims it
Matched on language pair and document type. You can message each other from your order page if something in the original needs clarifying — a maiden name, an illegible stamp.
Certified, then delivered
Your translator stamps and signs the translation, matching the layout of your original — stamps, seals and annotations included. With Standard or Express your certified original is then posted to you, and you can also ask for a free scan by email; with Digital you download the signed and stamped file, and the order is complete once you approve it.

If it’s rejected
The fee covers producing and certifying the translation — not the receiving authority’s decision. Once it’s delivered, it’s non-refundable, even if an authority later rejects it. If the rejection is caused by an error on our part, we correct it free of charge and your statutory rights apply.
Your document, protected
Everything you upload is handled under GDPR and automatically deleted 30 days after delivery. No account, no password, and nothing kept longer than it has to be.
