Yes. All our birth certificate translations are performed by court-sworn translators registered in Germany. They are accepted by every Standesamt, Ausländerbehörde, embassy, and university we've worked with.
It depends on your country of origin. If your country is part of the Hague Convention, an apostille on the original may be required. We offer an apostille add-on at checkout (+€45).
Yes — Arabic and Turkish are among our most requested source languages for birth certificates. We have dedicated court-sworn translators for both pairs.
No problem. Our translators are experienced with handwritten civil records. Upload the clearest scan you can, and note any entries that might be hard to read in the additional requests field.
You receive a certified digital PDF by default. For €12, we ship a notarized hard copy via tracked DHL worldwide. Some authorities still require the physical original — check first.
You are. It's your responsibility to upload an accurate, complete, and legible scan — every page, stamp, and marginal note. We translate exactly what you provide. If your original contains errors or you've left a page off the upload, those issues carry through to the translation.
No. The fee covers the production and certification of the translation by a court-sworn translator. Once the work is complete and delivered, it is non-refundable — including in the event that an authority later refuses it. We cannot guarantee acceptance on your behalf; final discretion rests with the receiving body.
